And Sometimes It’s Semi-Absentee

Some franchises offer what’s called a semi-absentee model.

I’m not a big fan of the word “absentee” because it makes it sound like you’re not involved at all.

But basically, you oversee the business part-time.

You rely heavily on a manager to handle daily operations while you focus on bigger picture stuff.
