Pink’s Window Services offers its Comp Cleans initiative, providing complimentary window cleaning for local businesses in their community. At our home base, ResiHQ, we partner globally through founder Steven Montgomery’s nonprofit, which supports East Africa by equipping Bible schools and offering business classes. These initiatives reflect ResiBrands ultimate mission: to uplift and serve fellow human beings.

What’s Happening in Home Services in 2025?
In March 2025, That 1 Painter launched its most ambitious project yet—a nationwide Paint It Forward event! In partnership with Sherwin-Williams, franchise locations across the country united to give back in a big way. During this extraordinary week, multiple communities benefited from complimentary painting services, all gifted to deserving families and individuals.
We Painted 100 Homes for Free in Just 7 Days!
This week was something we’ll never forget. Together with our amazing franchise owners, their teams, and local volunteers, we set out to do something MASSIVE: paint 100 homes for free in just 7 days, for families and businesses who needed a little extra love and support. It wasn’t about the numbers. It was about the people. We met single parents, veterans, elderly neighbors, and hardworking families—each with a story and a home that deserved to feel new again. With every brushstroke, our franchisees weren’t just painting houses; they were lifting spirits, restoring pride, and reminding folks that they’re not alone. This project showed us what can happen when our network of passionate, local business owners come together for something bigger than business. We’re beyond proud of our That 1 Painter franchise family. They didn’t just show up and dedicate their time — they poured their hearts into this. Founded by Brandon and Carter, this initiative quickly became a hallmark of their dedication to supporting neighbors and fostering local connections.
Since the launch of franchising, Comp Cleans has expanded nationwide, becoming a cherished service offered by every Pink’s franchise location across the country.
