ResiBrands, Building a National Network Rooted in Faith and Service

Building the Nation’s Most Trusted Home Service Brands

Steven Montgomery, CEO and founder of ResiBrands, has been working since 2011 to build one of the nation’s most reliable home service networks through franchising. ResiBrands is the parent company of That 1 Painter, Garage Up, Pink’s Window Services, Monty’s Handyman Services, and Action Exteriors.

Steven discovered his passion for franchising through the freedom and opportunity it created in his own life. He wanted others to experience that same sense of ownership. His vision is to grow brands that support people, provide meaningful work, and give franchise owners the chance to build something lasting. ResiBrands continues to expand, focusing on strong franchise support and community-centered values.

A Life Shaped by Service

Steven’s commitment to serving others comes from a family rooted in mission work. His parents were missionaries, and he spent part of his childhood in Africa while they served local communities. His grandfather was also a missionary, and his example reinforced the values Steven grew up with. These experiences shaped his desire to give back and greatly influenced who he is today.

He speaks openly about feeling led by the Lord to use the platform he has been given to serve others and make a meaningful impact. This calling guides both his life and his leadership.

A Company Designed to Serve

When Steven founded ResiBrands, he built the company with the same heart for service that shaped his upbringing. He wanted each brand and every team member to share that commitment. Giving back is not an occasional initiative; it’s part of the daily culture and reflected in how ResiBrands supports communities across the country.

A Growing Impact at Home and Abroad

At ResiHQ, the team supports global outreach through Steven’s nonprofit, which equips Bible schools and teaches business skills throughout East Africa. These efforts reflect ResiBrands mission to serve and strengthen communities wherever the need exists. In 2026, Steven will travel to Kenya to lead a three-day business seminar for church leaders. Attendance is expected to exceed 800 leaders, marking a significant continuation of his commitment to international outreach and leadership development.

Programs That Create Real Impact

Each brand within ResiBrands contributes to community service in its own way.

  • That 1 Painter leads the Paint It Forward program, an annual initiative offering free painting services to individuals, families, and businesses in need. This past year, more than one hundred properties were painted in just seven days nationwide.

  • Pink’s Window Services supports communities through Comp Cleans, a service that provides complimentary window cleaning to local organizations that make a positive impact.

ResiBrands employees also take part in the company’s volunteer efforts. Past initiatives include Habitat for Humanity projects and local community service.

This year, ResiBrands is partnering with Partnerships for Children, a Central Texas nonprofit that supports children involved with Child Protective Services. Employees are helping to organize and wrap gifts for the Holiday Wishes program, which provides holiday support to more than 8,000 children across 30 counties.

As ResiBrands continues to grow, Steven Montgomery remains focused on building companies that create opportunity, uplift communities, and serve others. Through franchise expansion, volunteer efforts, and global outreach, ResiBrands is committed to making a meaningful and lasting impact.
